Shipping & Processing Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically take 1–2 business days to prepare for shipment.

  • During periods of high volume, processing times may be extended.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods (U.S.)

We currently offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–6 business days

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days

Important: Choosing Priority Shipping at checkout does not bypass the standard order processing time. It only affects the estimated transit time once the order has shipped.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the shipping method or delivery address.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs clearance.

Please note that customs processing may delay international deliveries.

Expedited Shipments

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at approximately 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day, which may add one business day to the estimated delivery time.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its contents. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For added security, we recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance or delivery confirmation.

Any issues regarding delivered orders must be reported within 5 days of delivery for assistance.
