Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure your return is eligible.
**Puffco issues must be resolved through their warranty program**
Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

Unused: The item must be completely unused.

Original Condition: It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, bags, and protective materials, must be included.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange and will not be returned back to customer.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will request clear photos and a description of the issue to assess the problem. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a prepaid return label, and once the item is returned and inspected, a replacement will be issued.
Refunds
For all other eligible returns, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your store credit or refund has been processed.
International Orders
International customers are welcome to request a return or exchange. However, return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)

Items that have been altered or modified after purchase

Gift cards or other digital/downloadable items
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.
